Consultative preparation of a UNDP GEF Project Document for the Government of Guinea-Bissau. The objective of the UNDP-GEF project is to enhance the adaptive capacity and climate resilience of vulnerable coastal communities to climate risks in Guinea-Bissau. Activities involved the deployment of a multi-disciplinary team of national and international consultants for conducting field assessments and consulting the stakeholders, in addition to the conduct of two national workshops.
